Human Resources

Human Resources partners with the business units to ensure they achieve their goals by maximising the potential of our people and creating a safe environment in which our people work. Our Human Resources department is focussed on understanding employee and business needs and committed to implementing programs to support individual development to bring out the best in our people!

Information Technology

What would the world’s favourite brands be without the latest and greatest technology? They probably would not be reaching the customers who love them. At Kellogg Australia, our Information Technology professionals are our behind-the-scenes experts working to ensure that all systems go!

Legal and Consumer Services

Kellogg loves to hear from our valued consumers and we encourage them to call, write and email us. Consumer Services collates this information and provides feedback to the rest of the business on what consumers are telling us. Our Legal department provides legal services and advice to all business units and carries out company secretarial and insurance functions.

Marketing

Identifying consumer needs, positioning brands and developing superior products to satisfy those needs, is the main focus of our Marketing teams and of course, they are representing some very recognisable and loveable characters.

Nutrition, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs

Nutrition is core to Kellogg’s heritage and it continues to be a key focus for the Company. A small but dedicated team of Dietitians and Food Technologists work to provide advice to the business on Nutrition, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs. They work closely with Marketing, Innovation, Research and Technology and Legal and Consumer Services to bring to life the nutrition benefits of our wide variety of products.

Research & Technology

At Kellogg, we have learnt that the finest ingredients create the best outcomes. That is why we employ the best and brightest people in the industry for our Research and Technology teams. To be successful they have to be meticulous, intelligent, and conscientious... in a word, brilliant! We are always looking for the latest technology and innovations for the development, assessment and execution of all aspects of our business. And our employees deliver every time!

Sales

The Sales Team is focused on aligning with our customers to ensure we execute the Company plans as timely and effectively as possible. They are the last link between our Company’s plans and ultimate success with the consumer. They are also an area that works hard at developing our people through experience and leadership development that enables meaningful career opportunities.

Supply Chain

Put simply, Supply Chain is the function within Kellogg that purchases and transforms raw materials into finished products for our customers. There are a number of departments within Supply Chain that work closely together to ensure we are producing high quality, cost effective products.

Manufacturing is the ’hub’ of Supply Chain and the area in which the majority of people work. We have two manufacturing plants in Australia - one that produces our Ready to Eat Cereal products (eg. Corn Flakes, Coco Pops®, Nutri-Grain® etc) and another that produces many of our Snack products (eg. LCMs®, K-Time ® etc). Jobs in manufacturing include working in production, quality, maintenance, engineering and warehousing.

The other areas within Supply Chain work closely with manufacturing and also play a major role in ensuring we meet our goals. These include Procurement, Planning, Food Safety & Environment, Customer Engagement and Logistics. There are a variety of different jobs involved in these areas.
