Do Kellogg have factory tours?

Unfortunately, due to strict sanitation requirements, we are unable to conduct factory tours or have an Open Day at the factory.

All requests must be put in writing and where possible, be written on company / organisation letterhead.

  • Address (street address and postal address)

  • Alternate contact and telephone number

In addition to these details, it would be helpful if you could please include the following details (if relevant):

How can I contact a Kellogg Nutritionist or Dietitian? 

Please check the Nutrition section of our web site to see if the answer to your enquiry is there. Alternatively, contact us with your query and a Kellogg Dietitian will be happy to respond to your query via email or phone.

Why can’t I find your cereal at my local store/supermarket?

Sometimes the store may be delayed in re-stocking the product on the shelves. We request that you speak with the store manager to find out when this product will be available again.

Alternatively, contact us and include your personal details as well as your store’s name and location and we will endeavour to find out when your local store/supermarket will be stocking your favourite cereal again.

Can I purchase Kellogg products directly and/or at wholesale prices?

Our products can be purchased at your nearest supermarket or convenience store. Some of our products may also be purchased at Petrol Stations, News Agencies, Train Stations, School Tuck Shops, Sports and Recreational camps and Corner stores.

Troubleshooting Answers

Why does the Kellogg website not work properly on my computer?

The Kellogg web site is best viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Ideally your screen should be set to high-colour (thousands of colours) rather than 256 colours.

 

It is also best viewed with a JavaScript enabled browser and you will need the flash plugin to view the animated headers and some flash based applications, although this isn’t necessary to view the site. If you don’t have the flash plugin you can download it here: http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download

The site uses cascading style sheets (CSS) and will not display as intended if these are disabled or not supported by your browser. If you do not use CSS then the site is still navigatable, but will not look as intended on screen.

 

Whilst we have made every attempt to ensure the site works consistently across browsers and platforms without any degradation in appearance or functionality, there are variations in different browsers and operating systems which will affect the way the site is displayed.
