We support active self-regulation of this new environment to ensure that responsible marketers can maintain the right to use all communication media to interact with its consumers.

Gathering and Use of Information
Kellogg may collect personal information as a result of a consumer contacting our Consumer Contact Centre or by writing to us or by visiting our website. Any personal information which Kellogg does receive is used for internal Kellogg purposes and will not be sold or provided to any third parties without your consent unless:
(a) required by law; or
(b) to implement our Terms and Conditions (for example a promotion); or
(c) to protect the rights, property or the safety of any member of the public or Kellogg.
However, we contract out some of our functions to external service providers (such as mailing houses, our call centre and information technology service providers).
If you provide your personal information through the Kellogg Careers Online Job Application Form, Kellogg will collect your personal information to assess your employment application and suitability, and if required contact you to arrange an interview or to draw your attention to a position that might interest you. If your personal information is not provided to us, we cannot assess your application and suitability. In providing these details you confirm that you have obtained consent from the referees for Kellogg to contact them, and that you consent to Kellogg obtaining personal information from the referees, in relation to your employment with them.
Changes and Access to Personal Information
If you want to know what personal information Kellogg holds about you, in most cases you are able to gain access to this personal information by contacting us in writing directing your enquiry to Kellogg Consumer Contact Centre, 41-51 Wentworth Avenue, Pagewood, NSW 2019 . A request to update or correct any information should be directed to that office. To protect the security of your personal information, you may be required to provide identification before you are given access to your personal information.
