Cereal & Milk

In addition to being a convenient, nutritious and tasty start to each morning, cereal provides an excellent way for families to enjoy milk. In fact, cereal is a key driver for milk consumption, with 91% of children who consume cereal at breakfast, having it with milk 1.

Pouring milk over your cereal adds even more nutritional value, by providing calcium needed for bone health. In fact, a bowl of high-fibre cereal with skim milk has more than twice the calcium of a breakfast of toast and juice 2.
