Senior Nutrition Manager


Gina’s career in the food industry spans nearly 20 years. As a qualified dietitian, she has consulted for a number of Australian food companies and non-governmental organisations during her career. Gina understands how to balance the nutritional aspects of food with commercial outcomes and has extensive experience in food regulations and product development.

Gina currently leads the nutrition team at Kellogg looking after both the Australian and New Zealand markets. As Senior Nutrition Manager, her role is to drive the nutrition agenda within the business to help Kellogg’s deliver sustainable growth in market. Bringing nutrition to life within a business is something that drives Gina professionally. Gina is a member of the Australian Institute of food Science and Technology, Nutrition Society of Australia, International Institute of Life Sciences and the Dietitian’s Association of Australia.



Nutrition Manager



With a career that spans 15 years and multiple continents, Muriel has a passion for food, nutrition, and disease prevention. Muriel is a qualified doctor and practised as a GP for six years in her home country of Belgium before gaining her qualification as a dietitian before she moved to Australia. She has worked both in the community and also in food industry which provides her with a unique perspective as both a public health practitioner and a corporate advisor.

Now Muriel uses her knowledge to bring positive nutrition into Kellogg foods and helps the brands to communicate their benefits. She is passionate about the science and credibility around accurate nutrition and health claims. Muriel is an accredited practising dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She believes good nutrition is the best medicine.



Food Regulatory Manager



Leanne has been with Kellogg for more than 30 years and has extensive knowledge of the food industry and how it’s changed over the years. Leanne is responsible for ensuring Kellogg’s compliance with all current regulatory requirements and has her finger on the pulse of emerging regulatory issues. She is actively involved in all innovation & renovation projects on various brands and represents the company on a number of technical boards and committees. Leanne is a qualified Food Technologist and is a member of the Australian Institute of Food Science Technology.

Robyn Hodge has been with Kellogg for more than 25 years and has extensive historical knowledge of the food industry in Australia and of the journey Kellogg has been on over the years. Robyn is responsible for ensuring our food complies with relevant legislation; working with innovation to provide regulatory expertise for various brands and projects. She has been involved in many industry working committees to review and develop new legislation and also represents Kellogg on various technical committees. Robyn is a qualified food technologist and is a member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology.



Food Regulatory Manager


Pascale has over 30 years’ experience in healthcare. She has worked across the Pharmaceutical and the Food Industries and many years as a clinical dietitian in hospitals in Australia and Europe.  Pascale has developed advanced knowledge in growth and development applied to musculoskeletal health research.

Her role at Kellogg is to provide scientific support and advice to the Asia Pacific Research and Technology teams. Some of her key projects are to lead systematic literature reviews and collate scientific documents to develop and substantiate new health claims. She works closely with the regulatory teams, food scientists and external stakeholders, such as the Grain & Legume Nutrition Council (GLNC), to support the development of foods that deliver benefits. Pascale is a member of the Dietitian Association of Australia (DAA), the Australian and New Zealand Bone and Mineral Society (ANZBMS), Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) and the National Eating Disorders Collaboration (NECD).
