Nothing is happening when I point at the pack
- Open “Kellogg’s AR” application
- Click on the “Start” button on the homepage,then you will see the camera view
- Make sure you are pointing at the “How to play” section on the back of pack
- You must continue pointing at the “How to play” section on the back of pack
- Ensure your pack is not damaged
- If these steps fail and/or pack is damaged, direct users to online trigger (pending confirmation)
The autofocus feature is not working on my phone’s camera
- This only affects Apple devices running early versions of iOS11
- It does not affect devices running iOS11.3 or later
- Update your operating system to resolve the issue
- This should not stop the app from triggering when pointing at the back of pack,but may prevent triggering when pointing at front of pack
The app crashed/froze
- Open and close the app
- If issue persists,install and uninstall
- If issue persists,update your phone’s operating system
