Nothing is happening when I point at the pack

  • Open “Kellogg’s AR” application
  • Click on the “Start” button on the homepage,then you will see the camera view
  • Make sure you are pointing at the “How to play” section on the back of pack
  • You must continue pointing at the “How to play” section on the back of pack
  • Ensure your pack is not damaged
  • If these steps fail and/or pack is damaged, direct users to online trigger (pending confirmation)

The autofocus feature is not working on my phone’s camera

  • This only affects Apple devices running early versions of iOS11
  • It does not affect devices running iOS11.3 or later
  • Update your operating system to resolve the issue
  • This should not stop the app from triggering when pointing at the back of pack,but may prevent triggering when pointing at front of pack

The app crashed/froze

  • Open and close the app
  • If issue persists,install and uninstall
  • If issue persists,update your phone’s operating system
