Berry Bliss Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup Be Natural® Berry Bliss Granola
  • seasonal fresh berries to serve

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine chia seeds, maple syrup and milk of your choice, cover and place in the fridge overnight or until chia seeds have swollen (approx. 2 hours)
2. To serve, layer the chia pudding and Be Natural® Berry Bliss Granola, then top with almond butter and a scatter of seasonal fresh berries.
