Fig Balls
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Be Natural® Low Sugar Granola
- 1 1/2 cups dried figs (approx. 10, finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the chopped figs into a ceramic bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them stand for 5 minutes, then drain thoroughly
2. Combine all ingredients well with a spoon (or your hands), until the mixture is sticky and easily handled
3. Roll mixture into golf ball sized balls
Keep in an air tight container in refrigerator, makes 12-14 balls (1 serve = 2 balls)
