Granola Berry Crisp
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups frozen berries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3/4 cup Be Natural® Berry Bliss Granola
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- Coconut yoghurt or coconut ice cream to serve
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius, fan forced
2. Combine berries and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil and Be Natural® Berry Bliss Granola
3. Pour berries into two ramekins and cover with granola topping. Bake in oven for 12-14 minutes or until the berries start to bubble and top is lightly toasted
4. Serve warm with coconut yoghurt or coconut ice cream
