No Bake Cookie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Be Natural® Low Sugar Granola
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 5 large soft medjool dates
DIRECTIONS
1. In a mixing bowl use your hands to combine all ingredients, ensuring dates are thoroughly broken down and the mixture comes together
2. Place in the fridge for half an hour to chill
3. Once firm, roll mixture into balls then flatten in the palm of your hand to form a chunky biscuit shape. Place in an air tight container and keep refrigerated
4. Try using almond or cashew nut butter to change up your snack!
