Berry Smoothie
A creamy, refreshing and filling smoothie with the added touch of Kellogg’s Special K Nourish! Recipe courtesy of Meg Hewitt developed specially for the Kellogg’s X Kawa Cereal Café in Sydney.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 dash skim milk
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- 4 cubes ice
- 3 heaped tablespoons Kellogg's® Special K® Nourish
- 1 handful your favourite berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1 teaspoon honey
DIRECTIONS
1. Place a dash of skim milk, two tablespoons of yoghurt with 4 cubes of ice, 3 heaped tablespoons of Kellogg’s® Special K® Nourish and a handful of your favourite berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve in a glass lined with a spoon of honey and sprinkle with berries.
