Yoghurt and Sultana Bran® Ice Blocks
Snack on-the-go like a pro with these yoghurt and Sultana Bran ice blocks. Full of goodness containing Sultana Bran, honey, Greek yoghurt, vanilla extract and bananas, these ice blocks are the perfect snack for the warmer weather. They’re also a great alternative for the kids – because who doesn’t love a delicious ice block?
- 1 1/2 cups Kellogg's® Sultana Bran®
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cups Greek style yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas
1. Place the Sultana Bran and honey in a small bowl and stir well to combine.
2. Divide the bran mixture between 8 x ⅓-cup-capacity (80ml) ice block moulds and press down firmly with the end of a wooden spoon.
3. In a high-power blender, blend together the yoghurt and bananas until smooth and well incorporated.
4. Fill each mould with the yoghurt and banana mix, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
