KELLANOVA JOINS THE HEALTHY FOOD PARTNERSHIP
As part of its ongoing commitment to improve the nutritional profile of its products, Kellanova joined the Australian Government’s Healthy Food Partnership (HFP) in 2024.
The HFP is a collaboration between the Department of Health and Aged Care, the food industry, and public health to promote better nutrition through voluntary reformulation. As members of the HFP we are striving to achieve ambition targets for salt, sugar and saturated fat reduction.
This builds on work Kellanova has already delivered, removing 700 tonnes of sugar and 300 tonnes of sodium from its foods over the past decade.
The business has also signed up to the ‘Voluntary Serving Size Guide’ as part of the partnership, to complement our already strict portion size criteria for our foods and recipe content.
