CREATING A SEAT AT THE TABLE FOR EVERYONE
Kellanova celebrated International Womens Day with an event featuring award-winning Social Scientist and Youth Advocate, Jules Allen, who spoke on the importance of taking action in the face of adversity and using it as a positive driver for change.
The event was followed by hamper packing for the Women and Girls Emergency Centre in Redfern, Sydney where the Kellanova team came together and packed 50 hampers featuring many of the organisation's products as well as other essentials products.
Kellanova’s focus on creating a gender balanced workforce, meant that at the end of 2024 we had met our aspiration of an equal gender split across our management levels, maintained pay equity, and have been recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency for six years.
