GIVING BACK THROUGH VOLUNTEERING

As part of Kellanova’s Better Days Promise, the company encourages its people to give back to the community through a company volunteering program.

So far in 2025, 92 employees volunteered across various organisations and partners including:

• Cleaning up Sydney’s Middle Harbour with Sydney Harbour Kayaks.
• Learning about sustainability at Pocket City Farm, an urban farm dedicated to regenerative agriculture, waste reduction, permaculture, and water-saving techniques.
• Helping pack food relief hampers at NZ Food Network and Food Bank. Across the two sites our team helped pack the equivalent of 15,000 meals to go to people in need in Australia and NZ.
• Preparing a high tea experience at Ronald McDonald House for the sick children and their families staying at the house.
