Smoothies are an easy, yummy way to get a nutritional boost. This is courtesy of a delicious mix of fruit, milk, yoghurt and cereal. The cereal is where we come in.
Crunchy Smoothies
To give your smoothies texture and an extra dose of nutrition, we recommend adding a touch of cereal magic. Most of our cereals are good to use, just pick your favourite and experiment away BERRY SMOOTHIE A creamy, refreshing and filling smoothie with the added touch of Kellogg’s Special K Nourish.
WHAT YOU NEED
½ c skim milk
2 tablespoons: yoghurt
4 cubes ice
3 heaped tablespoons: Kellogg’s® Special K® Nourish
1 handful: your favourite berries (raspbeberries, blueberries, strawberries)
1 teaspoon: honey
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or processor.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve in a glass lined with a spoon of honey and sprinkle with Special K® Nourish
