Kellogg's® Crunchy Nut® Corn Flakes Monster Eye Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 50g butter
- 3 cups Kellogg's® Crunchy Nut® Corn Flakes
- 2 cups pink and white marshmallows
- 2 tbsp honey
- 500g White chocolate
- Food colouring
- Candy eyeballs for decoration
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt butter, marshmallows and honey in microwave for 1 minute
2. Stir mixture and add 3 cups of Crunchy Nut® Corn Flakes
3. Press down a small handful of mixture into a chilled muffin tray
4. Wait 5 minutes and remove from tray
5. Melt white chocolate and add a few drops of food colouring
6. Stir the mixture well
7. Cover the cookies with the coloured chocolate
8. Crunch some Crunchy Nut® Corn Flakes on top and place the candy eyes in position
9. Leave to set for a few minutes
10. Enjoy your Kellogg’s® Trick or Treat food!
