Nutty Apricot Bites
- 1/4 cup clear honey, warmed
- 2 cups Kellogg's® Special K® lightly crushed
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup toasted macadamias, finely chopped
1. Preheat oven to moderate (180°C/160°C fan-forced).
2. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix until well combined.
3. Spoon level tablespoons of mixture on baking-paper-lined oven trays, allowing 5cm between each cluster.
4. Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven about 10 minutes or until browned lightly.
5. Leave on tray until cold.
