Sultana Bran® Acai Bowl
The Acai Bowl is a top foodie trend and keeps on growing in popularity! Try this fruity version with an added crunch of Kellogg’s Sultana Bran cereal for an extra hit of fruit and fibre for your day. It might just become your staple ‘pick me up’ for the day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Kellogg's® Sultana Bran®
- 1/3 cup (30g) acai powder
- 2 cups (240g) frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the acai powder, mixed berries, coconut water and maple syrup into your blender until smooth.
2. Add extra coconut water for your desired consistency.
3. Top with Kellogg’s Sultana Bran cereal, blueberries, raspberries, coconut and chia seeds to serve.
TOP TIP: Feel free to mix and match your flavour combinations for the toppings. You can add different fresh fruit including apple, peaches or pear. We love adding a dollop of coconut yoghurt which is nice and refreshing.
